a. When you post content on our Site or social media channels, you agree and represent that you have created that content. You still own any copyright in the text that you post on our Site. However, when you post text, images, video or other media, you expressly grant us a perpetual, fully transferable, worldwide royalty-free licence to republish that text on our Site and to use/redistribute/make available and/or sell that text in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented anywhere in the world as part of an edited compilation or otherwise.b. We, or authorised third parties, reserve the right to cut, crop, edit or refuse to publish your content at our or their sole discretion. We may remove your content from use at any time. You acknowledge and accept that the technical requirements of our Site may result in changes to your content to conform with it. 7. Forum/social media
a. We encourage debate and the sharing of information between our users. However, we do require that your use of our Social Media and any other communication systems that we provide is lawful and in accordance with our Forum Rules which are incorporated into these Terms.b. We accept no liability for user content on the Site provided by yourself or by others, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such user content. You acknowledge and accept that user content posted on our Site is the opinion of the person posting only and in no way reflects our opinions or attitudes. You warrant that the content you post does not contain extremist views, appear to incite or promote terrorist activities and is not obscene, fraudulent, libellous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to any other person as determined by us in our sole discretion, or illegal. 1. Our Data Promise to you
Wasted Talent is committed to respecting and protecting your data whilst it is in our care. We collect your personal information because it helps us to understand your needs and guides the way in which we interact and communicate with you about our products and services now and in the future. We have strict policies and procedures in place to protect your data when you send it to us, when we process it in order to provide you with the services you have requested or, where you have given us your permission to do so, to send you information that we think you'll find interesting, and thereafter when we store your data on our secure servers.2. What personal data do we collect?
Wasted Talent collects both Personal Data and Anonymous Data when you send us information or when you visit one of our websites. When we talk about Personal Data we mean any information that can identify you as an individual, such as your name and postal address. Anonymous Data doesn't identify you as a person but it might be used in aggregate, for instance when you participate in a survey.3. How do we keep it secure?
a. Our staff policies and procedures help our staff to understand what is required of them under their obligations to us, and also their responsibilities under GDPR 2018 and other privacy legislation.b. When we ask another organisation to provide a service for us – as is the case with Newsstand (who are the data processor in this instance) - we ensure that they have appropriate security measures in place. If we or our service providers transfer any information out of the European Economic Area (EEA), it will only be transferred with the correct protection in place, as stated UK law.
c. The internet is not a totally secure medium and you acknowledge and agree that Wasted Talent shall not be responsible for unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent that we are required to accept such responsibility under GDPR 2018.
4. How do we collect and use your Personal Data?
a. We collect your details when you register on one of our websites; subscribe to our magazines, app or service; correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise; participate with social media functions on our website, enter a competition or promotion.b. With regard to each of your visits to our websites we may automatically collect the following information:
- technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

5. Do we share that data with any other companies?

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy or in the data collection statements that will always be visible when we collect your information and where we give you the opportunity to select your preferences, we may release your data to external companies that we use to process your orders, to supply you with a prize in the event you win a competition, or charge your credit card, for instance.b. If you send in a comment, we may post it on our site or use it as a testimonial without mentioning your full name or publishing any information that would identify you. 6. Leaving our website and moving on to third party websites
When you click on advertisements or links on any of our sites, you will leave that site and go to a third-party site, which is outside of our control. When we place an advertisement on one of our sites, it does not signify that we are endorsing that advertiser's product or service. We do not accept responsibility for content, have no control over and our Privacy Policy does not apply to these companies, sites or content and if such third-party sites collect Personal Data, we cannot control how this data is processed, stored or used. If you use any of our apps on your mobile device we will process the following information:- Your location-You may decline this request, but this may mean that we cannot offer relevant services;

- Your email address, if you create an account;
